General gardening guidance
Veggie Patch provides general planting information, not a guarantee of a successful crop. Sowing windows, spacing and harvest times depend on variety, weather, frost, altitude, soil and other local conditions. Check seed-packet instructions and local advice. Climate estimates are approximate. The app is not a food-safety or plant-identification guide.
App licence and content
The iOS app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, unless a different licence is stated in its App Store listing. These terms describe our gardening guidance and support; they do not replace that licence.
Use the app and website lawfully. Artwork and other content remain protected by their owners' rights. Do not redistribute them without permission, except where the law allows it.
Your rights
We aim to keep the information accurate, but cannot promise particular growing results. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Questions or problems can be sent to the support address below.
